My kid’s injured, can they train with you when they’re healthy?
Yes! And not only that, they can come and experience correct recovery techniques to conquer their injury even faster. Mike will will inform them with tried and tested tips on how to address certain injuries and also how to avoid them in the future.
Do you have any speed work?
Yes! We have speed & agility camps throughout the year, so follow our instagram to stay informed. We also have specific sessions your child can show up to that focuses on gaining speed, agility and vertical. Or better yet, Mike can give them access to his speed program. Just get in contact with us to do any option!
Is lifting safe for middle schoolers?
Absolutely! Not only that, it’s super helpful for their sport even as a 6th grader. The best part of personal training is that your child is getting proper training to lift weight safely and effectively. We emphasize lifting strictly so our clients avoid unneeded injuries.
Can you tell my kid to eat better?
This is a common question we get. We can absolutely teach your kid how to eat better and even hold them accountable to it, but the work comes down to their own discipline. The real wins are when their decisions go from being influenced by outside forces to them intrinsically making the decision to eat better. Sometimes is just takes time, but we are here to help them build good habits and be a positive influence in their ear!
